Nice reuse close to the heart of Grand

I live very close to this and am very glad to see this. Smaller projects like this don't get enough attention, particularly from city govt who prefers to focus on mega projects. In the end, I think projects like this one are far more important, rebuilding our city one building at a time, keeping our built environment in productive use. The sheer amount of residential rehabs in the Tower Grove area is amazing.
