Thanks for the set, looks like a lot of unrealized potential. Ever notice that the quality of a lot of Mo small towns suffer the farther you get away from St. Louis? Hermann, Washington, Clarksville, Louisanna, St. Gen all have fairly well perserved cores go fruther in any direction and it starts to look pretty rough, as opposed to Iowa where most of the little towns are intact and quite nice, Illinois is more hit and miss
