Has anyone heard anything on a plan to close Lucas Avenue at Tucker? I live on Lucas and this would definitely change automobile access to my building.

I know nothing about this, but I will say that I wish Lucas Avenue felt more like a street than an alley.

I too live on Lucas Ave and I really hope they can do something to do away with the alley feel. I always worry about guests after they leave my place on a Friday/Saturday night. They have stationed a police officer in the alley which helps a little bit, but it's still feels dreadfully unsafe when I'm walking alone through the alley at night or even with my friends.
