^They looking to rehab/remodel? I suppose 580 sounds about right for a modest remodel.

I just posted this in the Covid thread, but this MLK redevelopment area could probably find some funds within this, if the program is set up and executed correctly...
A major chunk of the additions in Reed’s bill adds $33 million to create a fund for economic development among four major north St. Louis streets, such as Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, and $20 million for renovating neglected or abandoned city housing.

Stltoday - North St. Louis project among several set to receive federal money requested by Bush
There’s a stretch of Martin Luther King Drive between the Wells-Goodfellow and Hamilton Heights neighborhoods that has few storefronts still in business, instead featuring crumbling buildings and empty lots. But when Farrakhan Shegog looks at the area, he sees an opportunity to revitalize north St. Louis.

^Glad to hear that. The Pot Bangerz project sounds like a worthy one too.
