I drove by the Walgreens across from the old City Hospital yesterday. I noticed that there was an excavator working behind it. There was a sign up that had the name of some sort of FOOD development. A grocery store maybe? It was something that started with an 'F' I believe. 'Something with an F' Foods.

Does anybody know what exactly is going on here? I looked around the forum, but couldn't find anything. If this post belongs somewhere else, please feel free to move it.
