I noticed today that the lot at Hampton and Lansdowne, just south of Buder Library, has been torn up. Anyone know what's happening at this site?
The old repair shop was torn down last week and a daycare center is going to be built there.
Thanks. I'm a little embarassed because I knew something used to be there, but I couldn't remember what. I live right by there, for chrissakes.
I don't know any details about how it will look, because I have not seen a rendering, but from what I have heard, the actual building will be on the corner of Lansdowne and Hampton, with a small area for parking just to the south along Hampton. There will be a play area behind the building.
