Salvation Army has listed their two regional headquarters buildings for $5.07 million. The two buildings combined are ~46,700 square feet.
The two buildings classify as Class C space and are functionally obsolete, according to the Salvation Army.
They are looking to buy or lease new office space, 23,000 to 30,000 of Class A or B, to house 80 employees. They are considering both St. Louis City and County.
I'd personally like to see the city persue them to move to the a cheap office market with lots of Class A available.
