The STL Business Journal is reporting that GoBrandGo is working to establish its new headquarters at 8221 Minnesota Avenue in the Patch Neighborhood, in what is now the Carondelet School. The marketing firm will have its primary offices on the top (third) floor; the bottom two floors will serve as "business learning centers" for its client firms, the majority of which are manufacturing companies. The STL Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board has authorized 10-year tax abatement based on 90% assessed value of the Carondelet School building. 

This comes ahead of the final acquisition of the building. The Board of Aldermen still have to weigh in on this deal. Should this come to pass, then GoBrandGo will relocate there from its current offices at 3301 Wisconsin Avenue in Benton Park. Then, the company will have their Wisconsin property converted into apartments.
