Passed by this building today and saw some information on it regarding a restoration. I did some research and found that three apartments and four retail spaces would be opened in the building while Carroll Heating and cooling retains their office on site. Overall, it seems to be a nice project and a welcomed one to the neighborhood. The signs must've been up for sometime as they say, "coming Spring/Summer 2018".Photo of the building is by the Shaw Improvement Association. Rendering by the Carrolls

We're moving in a few houses down from this building so it's nice to hear they're getting closer to rehab.
