The Hill neighborhood could get its first urgent care as Dr. Matt Bruckel is in negotiations to buy a 1.1 acre site for his next Total Access Urgent Care location.
Bruckel, represented by Gershman Commercial Real Estate Senior Vice President John Shuff, is looking to buy 1903 S. Kingshighway, formerly the site of Communitronics Corp. The existing one-story building on the site is about 28,000 square feet, according to Bill Barnes, principal at NAI DESCO, who is representing the seller, Robert Anderson.
