I see this undertaking by U-Haul hasn't been posted here yet:

Not quite the transformational project I hope to see one day for the historic building on Gravois in the Bevo Mill neighborhood, but a nice place-keeper in the meantime, I suppose.

Didnt this building have a "charter school coming soon sign" a few years ago? what happened to that?

^ yeah, it had a $12 million permit application in 2008. Don't know details on why that collapsed.

Any clue which Charter school?

I know Gateway Science Academy was looking for a building about that time. They ended up moving into a smaller building at the intersection of Brannon and Fyler.
