I can't imagine this would be a great location for a Starbucks considering there is already a drive thru location in the Saucer building not far away, a location in the Midtown Target, and on the SLU campus. Not to mention the immediate proximity of Sweetwater, Century, and La Finca.
Perhaps they are bullish on that stretch of Vandeventer. If built out correctly, that corner of town could support 2-3000 new residents.
