The Rally's at the northwest corner of Lindell and Vandeventer is for sale for $1,063,000.  The parcel is 17,000 sf. Here's hoping someone dumps the drive-thru and builds some CITY here.

The FBC has a max height of 12 stories, so that's prob not an issue. It has the one parking space per dwelling unit. Assuming you can get around that, how about a pair of what's proposed for 4100 Manchester (6,727 sf lot)?

And the Rally's lease doesn't expire until 2037, so we have lots of time to armchair develop this baby!
