As tweeted by Presbyterian/Greg recently, there is a convent under construction at this site. Saw a rendering on someones phone this evening. Nothing earth-shattering. Kinda like an institutional McMansion (2 story with peaked roofs) but atleast built to the sidewalk (Boyle).

Actually on the grassy lot, on the northeast aspect of curvy Boyle and Olive. Still something though I guess this means another property permanently off the tax rolls?
