Does anyone know how this venue is doing?

I think it's a fabulously beautiful,unique space for a party.

I walked by there Saturday night and there was nothing happening there.

Are they solvent? Are they getting any customers? You would think that in order to make it they'd have to be booked on a beautiful Saturday night in September.

What about it's sister venue, the Cosmopolitan?

We checked it out for our wedding reception last year. It's a cool space, but it was way too small, the guests would be spread out over 2-3 floors, and it's a really awkward setup for the catering crew.

I've never been in this place. Looks great:

I've been for events and to the "Speakeasy".  It is great.  Good reminder of everything I need to do again post-pandemic.

That place is fantastic. First of the speakeasy is a great place to bring people from out of town for a drink. The speakeasy operates in the basement, but they do organizxe summer events that are open to the public in the main theater lobby. Probably one of the best-preserved Art Deco theater lobbies in the region (along with the Hi-Pointe)

It’s open Friday and Saturday nights. Great cocktails and solid Covid protocols. Check it out.
