This one is more visualizing buildings that are either under construction but not yet finished (Ball Park Village) or remain unbuilt in the skyline. I didn't think it truly fit into the Unbuilt St. Louis thread being that it would include buildings that are under construction, planned, or not yet shelved. If you don't find that to be the case, then I would have no problem moving it to the other thread.
