Northeast corner of 23rd and Pine (2229 Pine Street): Anybody know what is happening here? They have construction fencing up around the parking lot.

Also the two buildings at Jefferson and Pine (NE Corner) and Jefferson and Olive (SE Corner) have sold signs on them. Any redevelopment going on or is someone just moving in?

^I don't think so. That's up on Locust. Although I also posted something about the status of that because the signs recently came down on that property.
