Kansas City based Abbott Properties is aiming to redevelop 4 buildings in the Downtown West-Midtown Alley area. The three addresses in the title of this thread are in Downtown West.

All buildings will receive renovations for build-to-suit opportunities. All will include retail space while 1909 Locust will include 2nd Floor office space. The 1917 Delmar building will have the largest renovation. No price tag or timeline was given. Salient Realty is marketing the properties.
