I?m curious about the two buildings on Delmar between 16th and 17th Street, behind Railway Lofts and Windows Lofts. I remember that there used to be a few different clubs there. I think one was called ?Other World? or something like that. Does anyone know if these buildings are being developed or are in use? It would be nice to eventually see more developments along Delmar. It looks like a sea of parking lots from the back of the City Museum all the way down to Tucker. This would be a good area to build ?Antoni Gaud?? style lofts and would complement the City Museum.

Well, you've got the Moon Brothers Carriage Lofts getting developed there, Allen Cab is cleaning up their property, Club Chinchilla is gone but don't know of any plans there and I would venture to say that in time one of those parking lots become urban towhnhomes or some type of new residential.
