BB 22 proposes 5-year tax abatement for interior and exterior renovations.

There are a number of these small buildings in Downtown West, and they are all slowly seeing renovation. This one is a 1906 building underneath. I haven't seen renderings, so I can't say whether they'll stay mid-century or try to restore the 1906 facade.

When you say "underneath," do you know if the original facade is still somewhat around in there? Or was it completely removed in favor of the glass?

The dentist who was on Chouteau and Jefferson (set for demo for QT) will be relocating here I believe.

I suspect the original facade was destroyed.
