wife and i were cruising from downtown up route 3 -143 - 100 into grafton yesterday evening. we happened to drive by a farily new condo development on the river just before you enter grafton on the south side. i've driven by many of the swank mansions, lofts, condos, townhouses etc in and around the metro area, but damn i think i would honestly take a pass on any of them to have one of these condos. the view on a quiet and pleasant evening like yesterday of the river from the condos was just awesome. not to mention access to your own private boat slip/marina, pool, etc.
