Dean Oelze will build a 45-acre mixed commercial and recreational complex in O'Fallon, IL. Oelze's development, Four Points Center, will be anchored by a recreation complex that will include two NHL-sized ice rinks, an aquatic center, a fitness area, and associated amenities, that will serve as the home of McKendree University ice and aquatic sports teams and the home of the Southern Illinois IceHawks.
