The Sisters of the Most Precious Blood in O'Fallon have chosen McEagle to develop their 42-acre property in O'Fallon.

Honestly, I don't know much about the property other than the fact that, among other things, it's the site of the former "St Mary's Academy", a girls high school that closed many years ago. Back in the day, I had some friends-of-friends who went to HS there.
TPTB in O'Fallon are applauding the McEagle choice, and McEagle appears to have some kind of new-urban'ish, mixed-used development planned for the site.
I'm wondering, though ..... I've heard (on this board and elsewhere) some negative things about McEagle's "New Urban" (or not) development at WingHaven -- think they will do better this time?
