Agudas Israel of St. Louis is planning to build a new synagogue on the southwest corner of Delmar and Old Bonhomme in University City. The new building would replace their current one, with parking to the south (currently a vacant lot). 

No other info yet. A public hearing had been planned for next week, but has been postponed.

The Garden Center across the street appears to have movement. I saw some hard hat signs were put up and it appears the property is no longer listed on sites for sale/lease. I searched around the Ucity gov site but I didn't see anything, I might be looking at the wrong spot. 

Anyone know what is going in there?

Also the synagogue has not started yet, if it is still even happening. 

BTW, that urgent care center is finally open.
