There used to be a strip club in, I believe, Collinsville named Dottie's Body Shop. You wouldn't think it would be a big deal, but when The Sultry Donut wanted to move into the place that eventually became Epic Pizza there were a lot of angry Soulardians.Soulard wouldn't have a problem as they already have places like DB's, Carson's, Johnny's etc. But could you imagine the Central West End NIMBY's if Twin Peaks tried to move into the old Pasta House spot?
