Washington Ave. Market in Vanguard Lofts

Anyone know what is going on in what use to be the "Baseline" space in the

Vanguard lofts??? It appears there is some sort of build out going on.

Just as an FYI - Baseline already closed up shop at their new location on McPherson in the CWE. They didn't last long...

Has anyone had a chance to figure this out yet? Looks like they have been undergoing quite the build out in that space. Any Vanguard residents on the board know anything about it?

Would the address happen to be 1110 Wash Ave? in the business Journal today in the New Corporations or whatever section, there was a listing for 1110 Washington Avenue Market, LLC. Any ideas...

E T from Copia is opening a market like the one he has on Laclede by SLU in the eastern part of the space (open after the first of the year) the other half is going to be banquet space for Copia which he has just received building permits for so build-out will begin soon on the Copia space (May opening) The diner (tucker and Wash) will be open in the spring as well.
