Was in Grand Center last night and saw the new Telemundo St. Louis studios and station building next to the old KDHX building and left of Jazz STL Theatre.
The station built out the new stations and opened/began broadcasting on Channel 45 over-air.
They have large video screens playing in the windows over Grand Center and looks great!
Telemundo key cities with local news studios include Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Phoenix, Philadelphia, and San Antonio. As of March 2026, Telemundo launched its first Spanish-language local newscast and studios in St. Louis. These studios produce news for other markets, i/e St. Louis' studios are also producing the local Telemundo Newscast for Portland, OR.
Local Newscasts live from STL studios are at 5pm and 10pm. They are very good and feature live on-air reporters from all around the metro too.
Make sure you get out and support one of their events as well. During this volatile times especially. This is a huge plus for our city and Hispanic Community/Residents - and growth!
