It is a completly different owner. (copia owner now "took over red")

Copia owner did not take over Red space. ET was trying to take the space but the courts let Derek keep the space after he was able to pay the back rent. My source is the Copia owner ET. ET is busy working on his new diner across the street and re-building Copia.
