There's a good chance that, um, "gentleman" would have been sitting on the concrete chunk sipping his St. Ide's if Randall's had never opened and that was just an abandoned warehouse.

uuhhhh ..... I drove by there often BEFORE Randals was thee and saw the same thing quite often. as others have said - I highly doubt such people are drinking expensive, warm beer from Belguim.

Agreed, Randall's doesn't sell 40's or any other typical bum hooch. It is possible the guy got a bottle of whiskey or gin or something, but how are you going to prevent that?

Besides, if an 'undesirable' is going into Randalls, and purchasing hard liquor, and hitting it off the head, no ice, no mixers, in the hot sun....more power to him.
