Back to topic please,



who wants to guess the architecture in the picture above?



My best guess is the Eclectic era similar to the homes in Tower Grove East except these homes have gables clad with what originally would have been shingles making the homes more Queen Anne.



Can anyone else take a guess?

I bet many of us would prefer to see the building stock of historical areas revitalized regardless of the racial, ethnic, religious, or political backgrounds of the inhabitants.


I don't care which ever way, as long as the occupants can keep them up. Right now, it looks to be marginal at best. Bring on the gentrification!! These blocks north from Delmar are incredible. Did anyone else see batteries not included? total dork :oops:

This sign was taken down last week-- I saw the crews there dismantling it. What a shame. How could people not recognize this sign as a classic landmark? Some people have no eye for coolness.
