8 points. I scribbled them down at the meeting:

1 . Eliminate shed roof on the main entrance on Maryland, have a brick element instead
2 . Iron balconeys and grills to be of substantial nature eg cast iron
3 A simplified roof line, eliminating the broad elements that are caping the balconey columns along Boyle
4 Increase depth of balconeys by 12 inches and have them ?project out more.
5 Flat panels to line the balconey recesses instead of siding.
6 More windows on the west elevation (not visible from Bolye or Maryland)
7 Attention be paid to the lighting in the first floor garage including color temperature and how it is perceived from the outside.
8 A detailed landscaping plan to be submitted esp for the Boyle avenue stretch.

This lot now has a "Sold" sign on it. I guess the developers are pretty confident.
