Glad to see the green glazed brick/tile/terra-cotta going up on the sidewalk-fronting facade. It should add some color and character to the pedestrian-facing portion of the project.

^I wish I had some. But you'll be happy to know (if you don't already) that this gem down on Cherokee which is bookended by columns of green glazed brick is being brought back to life:

Good thing this one's wrapping up and the next two projects in the pipeline, Northgate and Loop Lofts Phase II, won't be relying on the student housing market or investor financing/resale market respectively.
