Thanks for all the updates.

Also, on this one, interesting to think of how that corner of Forsyth and Brentwood could change in the next few years. The height along Maryland and height along Forsyth will start to look and feel more contiguous.

I wish this thing had a cornice or a roof-line of some sort. I don't like the way it just suddenly stops.

Other than that, a pretty good looking building.

Not to be 'that person', but I really don't like that they chose Ceylon as the name. Ceylon is the colonizing imperialist term used for Sri Lanka, and also all the stock images of 'luxury' persons on the website all happen to be...white.
wow
The actual brick looks significantly darker than what hey had in the rendering. This looks closer in color to the dark gray panel portions that were going to contrast with the lighter brick.

On a few projects now, this one, Citizen Park, and Everly (to a lesser extent) the brick has turned out quite differently from what was proposed. Not necessarily to the detriment of the project though.
Mods, can "Ceylon" be added to the title of this thread? It looks like all of the structural work is wrapping up as it's now the full six stories all the way around.

Marketing office across the street from the project, which, in itself, looks pretty well done:

^ You would think some new bar or restaurant concept would go into the old Wheelhouse space.
