Lots of great stuff happening downtown. 400 residential units have come online in the last 6 months or so and another 600 are in various stages of planning.... this does not count other potentials bandied about like the BPV and Drury towers or Butler Bros. Building. And of course lots going on with entertainment/tourism projects. The only weak spot is office... which is a concern.

Lets bring up the office by growing our start ups and making st Louis a new tech city. The old employers in the county will probably not want to move to downtown any way or at least not soon.

So what does that mean. They have not secured financing? Any other reasons for the delay. There is still a for sale sign on the building

^ Financing was to have been secured already by the owners and Paric selected for construction.... its probably just working out a few details before starting work. If the building is back on the market that would be news.
