They have the website for Wingtips STL up now. It is lacking information for access though. I am guessing it will be similar to the JFK location.

http://www.whig.com/20171215/shuttles-between-quincy-and-st-louis-airport-to-begin-monday A company in Quincy is going to start running a shuttle between Quincy and the airport here. This is because there is no longer a flight from Quincy to STL (it ended at the beginning of the month). I am going t...
I would prefer a second Shake Shack. Ballpark Village is supposed to get a Wahlburger so maybe this could be a good competition place I would rather have Wahlburgers anyway over shake shack. I am hoping some kind of brewery/pub concept (even if it is a chain like rock bottom or similar) happens. I ...
Saw this link on another site and found this interesting. The airport released plans for expansion through 2023 at a Public Building Commission meeting Nov. 20. In 2018, the airport plans to expand the passenger terminal and rehabilitate airport access roads. In 2019, the airport will buy a snow bro...
This was the ballot language. Shall the City of Kansas City be authorized to construct a new passenger terminal at Kansas City International Airport and demolish existing terminals as necessary, with all costs paid solely from the revenues derived by the City from the operation of its airports and r...

Yep Moorlander, between your post and some of Chris' I'm fully convinced this is 212 2.0. One take away from that - and something I think we already kinda knew - is that leasing at the 212 Clayton building must be going really well. Not a fan personally of 212, it just looks too boring and like con...

I kind of with they would have had to use jackhammers on the concrete. oh well.
^maybe the figured out the residential market is more lucrative than the office market (with all the open office space at the moment)?
^ thank goodness. I wasn't a fan of their menu.
Does it come with the bike share???????????

It the merger a done deal?

I have not read anywhere that it is.
No, it is not. That was just what would happen if it goes through. I don't know how likely it is to go through.
From a different health merger story but it has Ascension info. http://www.montrosepress.com/national/news/hospital-owners-merge-catholic-health-initiative-to-move-hq-from/article_c690352b-1896-5fff-986c-4ef21594b47e.html This past weekend, the Wall Street Journal reported that Seattle-based Provide...

Heard this morning there will be two cranes on site.
A little surprised they won't need 2 for each new bigger building. But this is just based on Centene using 2. Maybe they will just use some smaller ones to go with a tower for each.

Based on that limited description, I hope they go full tiki bar with it.
Can't tell if this is a joke since it says in the article they won't do that.
https://www.flystl.com/uploads/documents/directions/STL-Terminals-Transportation-Map-2017.pdf The airport updated their map. Changes I noticed: Air Canada to gate A17. (Which we already knew about) Air Choice One now only has 1 gate instead of 2. (since they are walk out gates I am not sure how much...
Curious to know as well. I was on my second level at that time and it sounded like it was right outside and going to hit my house. I almost tweeted to see if anyone knew what it was. Pretty loud. Did this happen to anyone else again this morning? I have planes go over my place pretty regularly but ...
I went ahead and did January flight frequency numbers. I skipped December because the schedules change so much day to day with the holidays. Most airlines are down flights from November (not surprising). January is pretty slow usually. Southwest is down 30 flights a week from November from 707 a wee...
Looks like there was a Delta 767 in town today. Guessing it was a charter but still would have been cool to see something different.

Curious how Amazon feels about this. Google is creating what they call a landscraper for their London headquarters. Instead of being tall it is really long and short. Good thing we have plenty of land either way. http://metro.co.uk/2017/12/04/how-googles-landscraper-london-headquarters-shows-us-how-...
Just a PSA. AA and SW are running big sales on flights to PHX/FLL right now. Southwest has $33 one way to phx and $27 one way to FLL in Jan/Feb on Tues/Wed/Sat. AA has some RT for 65 to PHX
^I almost always look at prices on gas buddy before I fill up to see who has the lowest gas on my route. I won't go out of my way but I'll stop where ever is cheapest on it. Seeing that most of the people working in the city probably live in the county, I figure they would just fill up in the county...
No reason to spend too much time on something that is at least 4 years away anyway. Who knows what things will be like by then.
This would probably lead to an IL/MO type situation where you see a bunch of gas stations pop up just on the other side of the city limits. I would also guess a fair amount gas stations just inside the city limits end up going out of business. So the number would be smaller. Not saying that should i...
They need to just build another garage where LotE is. I am assuming expanding T2 garage higher isn't a feasible option. Although the part of T2 that isn't covered you would think they could build levels above that part.
