According to their web site, this project is 30% sold. I hope things pick up for them.

Curious about this property. I looked at a unit that was great.....huge deck and great view of the city(Savvis, Busch, Arch, pretty much all DT)...but was not looking for a 1br at the time. Anyone know how this is coming along? Very curious....
