Zumwalt Door owns those. While they have done a fairly good job maintaining them, the southern most one looks to be ready to explode. The bricks are bulging the the base. It would appear the price is a bit aggressive as most of the Dolman stuff is around 250K or so.

Ah, good to know. It certainly is a handsome set of rowhouses - I wish someone would come along and fix them up.

That whole area needs to be re-connected with the rest of the City. Take down the freaking barricades already! It's not 1970 anymore.
