Two former Pyramid Cos. properties in downtown St. Louis were sold at foreclosure Wednesday.

Bank of America, the lender on both buildings, was the sole bidder for the One City Centre office tower for $12.7 million and the Arcade building for $9 million. Both are credit bids, the amount of debt on the properties.

Lina Galinurova, an associate with Cardinal Realty Group, attended the auctions Wednesday on behalf of a prospective California-based buyer for the Arcade. She wouldn't disclose the identity of the buyer but said the company would initiate talks with Bank of America to pursue ownership of the Arcade.
